Thank you for choosing Zara Collection. Please read the following terms carefully to understand your warranty coverage.

Warranty Coverage

The product comes with a 15 days limited warranty from the date of purchase.
To claim the warranty, the original invoice must be presented.
In case the invoice is lost, the courier tracking number or order number may be required. Without either document, the warranty claim will be considered void.

Warranty Claim Will Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases:

Damage caused by water or moisture exposure.
Physical damage, including broken, bent, scratched, or mishandled jewellery pieces.
Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, sprays, or improper cleaning methods.
If the product has been repaired, altered, or tampered with by any unauthorized person or service.
If stones, pearls, or decorative elements are lost due to misuse or negligence.
If the safety tag or seal is removed or found broken.
If both the courier tracking number or order number and invoice are unavailable, the warranty claim will not be accepted and will be considered void.

Our team will inspect the product carefully to determine eligibility based on the above terms.
