Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Options & Timeframes
We provide reliable and secure shipping with flexible delivery options:
Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days for faster delivery
Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery: Available in selected cities
✔ Tracking Available: Every order includes a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
✔ Secure Packaging: All jewellery items are carefully packed in protective boxes to prevent damage and preserve their elegance during transit.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days, based on the following conditions:
✔ Unused Jewellery: Items must be unworn and in original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
✔ Defective or Damaged Items: Eligible for replacement or refund if reported within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Incorrect Product: If you receive a wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

2. Conditions for Returns
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags, certificates, and accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Customized or personalized jewellery pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For exchanges, the replacement item will be dispatched as soon as the returned product is received and verified.
